Detailed information about Topkimall panel system

Our unique patent-protected technology Topkimall panel system for efficient construction of low - energy houses or buildings consists of outstanding and extraordinary self-supporting panel, which is manufactured by combining a special polystyrene with high – galvanized, thin- wall profiles with disconnected thermo and sound transfers.

These prefabricated units  fit to each other like a jigsaw  or puzzle, which means they fit without any further assistance, frames or stiffeners. This ensures our system fantastic thermal insulation properties.

Our competitors offer solutions, in which the supporting  part of the house consists of steel frame and the filler is either polystyrene or mineral wool. Whether this insulation material  is inserted into a sheet metal profile or wooden boards, it is never  possible to get rid large heat transfer in the metal frame.

Topkimall doesn’t have a supporting frame - the system is self-supporting
Topkimall has no dew point - no transitional connection – it is guaranteed to be isolated
Topkimall it does not absorb water – house will not get moist  - walls do not draw water
Topkimall is self-extinguishing - minimal risk of fire
KIMALL construction doesn’t have to be ventilated.

The outer layers of Topkimall:
1 - gypsum board
2 - glue, which sticks on the polystyrene to the gypsum board
3 - polystyrene insulation, which is fixed by plasterboard anchors
4 - construction adhesive
5 - glass fiber mesh
6 - construction adhesive
7 - penetration painting
8 - thin plaster or other surface adjustments

The inner layers of Topkimall:
A - K1 board
B - plasterboard
C - Internal surface adjustments (spatula, paint, wallpaper, tiles ...)

Wall with the increased value of air inadmissibility:
A - gypsum board
B - K1 board
C - plasterboard
D - internal surface adjustments (spatula, paint, wallpaper, tiles ...)

Wall with a maximum value of air inadmissibility:
A - gypsum board
B - auxiliary grid, into which sound insulation is placed - mineral wool
C - K1 board
D - plasterboard
E - internal surface adjustments (spatula, paint, wallpaper, tiles ...)
