KIMALL company constructs its houses so that they are in all directions significantly beyond the limit of sound nadmissibility, which is prescribed by hygiene standards.
Houses or other buildings that were built by the Topkimall panel system have significantly better sound characteristics than conventional monolithic structures.
We use K1 plank as a standard on the inner side of the house which is inserted between the panel and the house interior plasterboard plank. These additional K1 planks significantly improve air insulation. Also, on the outside of the house we use gypsum board and the entire set of materials – plastering system.
For extreme requirements of our customers we can additionally increase the value of air inadmissibility. We increase it by adding a another layer which is added from the interior side of the panel system It is a noise elimination by the carrier rack and sound insulation - mineral wool.
Normal value for sound inadmissibility of the constructed wall is up to 46 db.
Increased value of sound inadmissibility of the constructed panel wall is up to 56 db.
